Shipping time

We provide free standard shipping globally. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, and standard shipping takes approximately 8-12 business days for delivery.

Please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame and delays may occur.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please check with your local postal service for any additional regional restrictions and public holidays that may delay receipt of your shipment.

If you need faster shipping, we also provide express service, but it may incur additional charges. If you have such needs, please feel free to contact us.

Duties & Taxes

International customers may be required to pay sales taxes, duties, or customs fees. All taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order cost or shipping charges. Taxes and customs fees vary by country and state of the shipping address. If you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees relevant to you, we recommend that you contact your local customs office.

Due to flight cancellations and changing customs clearances, all shipments may be delayed during this period. Unfortunately, these delays are beyond our control, but we are in constant contact with our shipping partners to ensure everything runs smoothly. Damages

Ice-River is not responsible for products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and the damaged items before submitting your claim.
